Local Investor Friendly Banking

Hello BP Team,

I will be investing in the Memphis, TN market and am looking for a local, investor-friendly Credit Union or Bank. I already have a hard money lender that I will be using for acquisition and rehab. What I would like to find is a portfolio lender that is located in Memphis that I can have checking and savings accounts with, and also does DSCR financing from 15-30 year terms.

Jo Garner is a local motrgage broker who understand the Memphis market and best options on refi out of a Hard Money Loan.  Her number is 901-482-0354.

     Hey Don, 

    I have not seen many local banks offer a DSCR product. You'd be looking at a conventional mortgage.

    You are more likely to locate a DSCR based lender through a broker or a national mortgage company that offers NON Qualified Mortgages.

    @Don Jackson - we have non-bank, non-credit union dscr lenders who can c/o refi as soon as the renovation is complete and tenant ready.  Reach out.
