I hope everyone is having a very merry holiday season. My husband is set to close on his first investment property on Tuesday, but our lender just notified us that they are not paying the 20% deposit our contractor needs to begin the work. With how much we are spending in closing costs, I am hopeful that someone can recommend a hard money lender that works quickly to assist us with the deposit for the contractor.

The short-term loan we are looking for will be paid back by May if you know anyone able to work out a deal with us. This is a foreclosure that is a really good deal that we do not want to pass up on.
