STR condo DSCR Loan. 100k or less

I currently have a 480sqft condo in Daytona Beach that I have hood rental history for 3 years. 

The problem I am running into is the amount I need to borrow is less then 100k or upto 100k. 

Are there any lenders that are willing to go that low?
