Basic Colorado Real Estate Attorney for Lease Updates / Etc
We have a mid-size real estate portfolio of single family, one commercial and mostly mutli-family. 24 doors total. All in Colorado - Clear Creek County Need help with lease updates for 2026 laws right now and other issues that may arise. Prefer a smaller 'hometown' attorney experience. I interviewed one listed on here last week and they weren't even up with 2026 new laws two more didn't call me back. Any recommendations?
