Private Lender for a 250K fix and flip

Seasoned flipper, has a great opportunity to get a foreclosure property rehab and flip. Currently offering 20% APR. Need 250K in a six month note so you will get 275 at the end of the term (interest and principal) and you will also have first note position on a property who's ARV is 310K. I have all due diligence and home reports available for you. I must close before next Monday 26 January 2026.
