Finding Rental properties
I been investing in the cities of Macon & Columbus in the state of Georgia. I never have problems finding deals. My deals are below 109k all in. I have my own construction company. I’m buying more apartments building and I’m looking for partners interested in doing rentals in those 2 cities. I own 34 doors between the 2 cities. My last rehab I was all in for 84k and rent it for $1200.00. I have options like that everyday. If you are interested in building a rental portfolio let’s talk.
