Good morning BP community, I'm looking for realtor recos in the Helen, GA area. You're recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I think there are some people who invest in that area on here, but not a ton.  I would recommend joining a local host group on Facebook or try to the agent finder tool located at the top of this page.

    I think there are some people who invest in that area on here, but not a ton.  I would recommend joining a local host group on Facebook or try to the agent finder tool located at the top of this page.

       Hi Tyler thanks for your reply. Yes we are seeking to invest in STRs in Helen and Columbus. Do you have a realtor reco that specializes in STRs for these markets?

      Helen, GA has about 500 residents and 5M annual visitors.  Most of the housing stock in Helen are rentals, so I suspect many of agent in and around Helen/Cleveland area sell rentals.  We've used Teressa Holtzclaw, she seems to sell a lot of STRs.  I also grew up in Columbus.  DM me, and we can exchange numbers.

    Helen's tough for finding investor-friendly agents, honestly. Quick test when you talk to them - ask how many investor deals they closed in the last 6 months. If they pause or say "a few", keep looking. The right ones know their numbers off the top of their head. You mainly hunting MLS or trying to find off-market stuff?

      Thanks for the tip Bo! We're open to both types of sourcing but off-market would be better.
