Hi everyone, I am investing in the Evansville, Indiana area. Look for 6-9 month hard money lemders that lend based on assets. Any recommendations? I appreciate your help in advance!

Janet Pritchett with Mamba Mortgage is the best, and is local to Indiana. I use her for all of my clients! No income docs needed on her hard money, I believe. https://mambamortgage.net/janet-pritchett/
