OKC Operator Seeking Capital Partners for Fix & Flip / Small Development

I’m a local operator based in the Oklahoma City metro and i'm looking to connect with out-of-state investors or private lenders interested in fix & flip and small residential development projects.

I run a construction & remodeling company (small crew, 4 of us )and also develop properties myself, so I’m very hands-on with deal analysis, rehab budgeting, permitting, and execution. I’ve built 150+ homes over the past 9 years as a superintendent/ project manager for two home builders in OKC and understand investor underwriting, timelines, and risk management.

I’m looking to build long-term relationships with capital partners who value clear communication, realistic numbers, and repeatable projects.
