We saw a house we were interested in renting. Went to tour within 2 hours of it being posted. Paid the application fee, submitted the application, gave them everything they needed. Called the office the next day and got the run around but were told everything looked good and that they would make a decision by that afternoon. We never received a call back. Contacted them the next day and were told that our name was not on the "list" I called 2 other people asking why the home was still posted and allowing other people to pay the fee and apply. Got zero callbacks. Something is off with this property management company. Poor organization, communication and imo it's very dishonest to keep taking people's money for "application" fees if they already have a renter? This was the first time we looked at a property by HCO company and will more than likely be the last. I don't know what is going on in their office but they 100 percent need a new Office Manager.

My realtor was Matt Thornton he was horrible he looked me in my face and said he was sworn to have my best interest in selling my home and did just the opposite seemed like he was working for the buyer got a A little attitude when I refuse the buyers lowball offers. After having my house under contract for about a month she pulled out and got her $1,000 back due to him not putting the right provisions to protect me from stuff like that, and all I got was sorry I will let you out your contact.I had close to 400 people that looked at my house and 32 saves.Then he sends me the contract to let buyer get her money back and had the wrong address that I caught this is the pro that supposed to have my best interest. Lots of lies and then he goes and put my house back on the market while it was still under contract before I signed the release. I had 2 other realtors look at my contract and they both said how is this guy allowed to sell houses he has broken so many laws I was advised to contact his broker and that was a lost cause as well. He also lied about the points said he could go no lower then 6%commission again more lies a new law was passed all over the USA. looked me in my face and said he could not go any lower then 6% commission. He also soured a relationship with a roof I was gonna use because of his BS. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH MATT OR THIS COMPANY. They will try and rip you off as a seller then lie in your face with stone face lies. The Broker was just as bad gave 5 days to make it right then I had to reach out to him just to be told it’s still under investigation. Also lied to me about the house going back on the for sale marker after it was still under contract when I and the other realtors could see that they put it back on the market the date that the lady wanted her money back before I signed the papers releasing her. Totally illegal I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on them as well This company needs a F rating! Guess that’s why Matt has only sold 8-9 houses as of 6/1/25 The other realtors were like that’s horrible. Where did you find this guy?😂

We are visiting from Colorado to see if the Edmond area would be a good fit for a move for our family, and Braxton Heard took about 4 hours showing us 8 homes in the area. He was super professional and knowledgeable about the area giving us numerous ideas of things to visit and explore. He asked us questions and prompted us to think about our needs and wants with each house we saw. We will definitely be using Braxton for a future purchase in the area. Highly recommend him!!!
