Hello! I am excited to join this awesome community.  I've been using Bigger Pockets as a resource for my own wealth-building habits and real estate investments for years and I'm excited to share these resources with my present and future clients.  I'm a brand new real estate agent in NH, focusing on investor clients.  I hope to bring my experience and knowledge to newbies looking to build long-term wealth through real estate investing!  As of today, my portfolio includes 2 mid-term rentals and 1 long-term rental.  I've renovated, furnished, and self-managed these properties for 3-5 years and I'm looking forward to adding to my own portfolio and analyzing deals with clients as well.
