Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I'm posting here looking for opportunities to pick up extra work outside of my full time job, helping with fix and flips, maintenance, etc. in Salt Lake County.

I'm working to secure a duplex for my family and I to move into and I want to contribute to the success of others while I'm working to create my own. I have a good collection of tools and skills and I'm willing to learn more as often as I can to be more resourceful to business partners. I've also got my son who's turning 18 in December 2026 available to help me as he learns about investing and networking if there's any need for an additional guy to help.

If anyone in Salt Lake County or surrounding areas is looking for help, I'd love to talk with you at your convenience.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
