Reliable Airbnb Cleaning/Errands Needed In Seattle

Hi BiggerPockets Community,

I’m looking for a very reliable Airbnb cleaner or cleaning company in Downtown Seattle and would really appreciate any referrals.

We were with our previous cleaner for nine years, so we’re really looking for another long-term relationship with someone dependable.

Weve already checked Turno and did not find anybody reliable based on interviews 


Ideally we’re looking for a cleaning company or a strong mom-and-pop team that can also help with occasional errands and emergency situations. Because we manage remotely, the cleaning team acts as our eyes and ears on the property.

If you know a great and reliable Airbnb cleaner or cleaning company in Downtown Seattle, please let me know their info!

Looking to start ASAP.

Try Turno or local FB groups for recommendations.

Most of us on here don't live in your area.

    I am surprised you didn't find a single cleaner that you thought would be reliable in Seattle @David G.

    We just lost our cleaner and I am about to go on the hunt for a new one. Turno turned up over 30 cleaners ready to work in my area and it is in rural north Idaho. 

    You might need to give some folks a chance. 

    What you can do is stay in your place a few days like a guest and have them do a cleaning and see how they do. That is what we did and it worked well.

    Do some things that are a bit off the wall. I dripped some bacon grease on the front of the oven door, put stuff in weird places etc. The cleaner we chose fixed it all.
