Looking for Agent in Kansas City

I am an out of state investor and traveling to Kansas City next week(3/19/26), wondering if there is an agent lurking on here that would be interested in showing me a few rental properties while I'm in town. I'm hoping to find some sort of a BRRRR opp. or a buy and hold situation, open to single family or multi, budget is under 200k at this time. I'm open to spending a few months back there doing light to medium rehab.
