My name is Nikolay and I'm based in San Jose, CA. I'm a construction engineer and licensed GC with my own crew, and I've been in the industry since 1998 — first in Europe, then in the US since 2018.

I bring a full package: engineering, architecture, design, and hands-on construction management. We handle everything from groundbreak to finish.  Some of our projects have been published in design and architecture magazines.

Now I'm ready to take that experience into real estate investing. My focus is fix & flip in San Jose and the surrounding areas. I'm looking for a capital partner for JV deals — I manage the entire rehab, you bring the capital, we split profits 50/50.
