Hey everyone,

My name’s Kevin — I’m based out of New Hampshire and currently building out my real estate business (KU Elite Real Estate).

Right now I’m focused on connecting with investors and wholesalers throughout New England and building strong relationships with people actively doing deals.

I’ve been working on sourcing off-market opportunities (value-add, flips, rentals) and want to make sure I’m surrounding myself with the right people as I continue to grow.

I’m always open to connecting, learning from others in the space, and understanding what types of deals people are looking for so I can bring the right opportunities when they come up.

 Always good seeing more people getting active in the area.

I’m based in Central MA and invest myself, while also working as an investor-focused agent helping flippers and multifamily buyers across Worcester and Middlesex counties.

Recommend checking out our company Candor Investment Group - as we host a lot of solid meetups throughout MA and Southern NH and it’s a great place to meet people who are actively doing deals — investors, wholesalers, agents, attorneys, lenders, etc.

Building those in-person relationships has honestly been one of the best ways I’ve found to stay plugged into off-market opportunities in the region. (theres one in Worcester tonight and one in Manchester NH next Monday)

Would definitely be happy to connect sometime and hear more about what youve got going on

    what area of NH are you based in? Do you have an area you’re focusing on?

    Hi@Kevin Upton,

    I am an investor in southern NH. I also used to be a board member for NH REIA. If you're unfamiliar with the organization, it is the New Hampshire Real Estate Investor Association.

    REIA holds meetings from 6-9pm, every second Wednesday of the month in Manchester NH at Great North Aleworks.

    We typically get anywhere between 50-100 investors and it is a great opportunity to network and meet investors, wholesalers, lenders, property managers etc.

    Hi @Kevin Upton and other MA/NH members, I am also in southern NH. I currently own a couple of multi-family homes in Massachusetts, and looking to expand my portfolio and knowledge.  @Colin Schleifer - it would be great to connect with you as well. I have the REIA meeting on my calendar every month and hope to eventually be able to attend/join. Thanks for the reminder in posting that. If anyone in MA/NH wants to connect, please reach out.
