My name’s Kevin — I’m based out of New Hampshire and currently building out my real estate business (KU Elite Real Estate).

Right now I’m focused on connecting with investors and wholesalers throughout New England and building strong relationships with people actively doing deals.

I’ve been working on sourcing off-market opportunities (value-add, flips, rentals) and want to make sure I’m surrounding myself with the right people as I continue to grow.

Recommend checking out our company Candor Investment Group - as we host a lot of solid meetups throughout MA and Southern NH and it’s a great place to meet people who are actively doing deals — investors, wholesalers, agents, attorneys, lenders, etc.

Building those in-person relationships has honestly been one of the best ways I’ve found to stay plugged into off-market opportunities in the region. (theres one in Worcester tonight and one in Manchester NH next Monday)
