    Susan — this is the kind of asset serious investors are looking for right now, especially with stabilized occupancy and clean NOI.

    I work with several buyers actively looking for small multifamily in Ohio.

    If you’re open to it, I’d like to take a look at the rent roll and numbers and see if I can bring the right group to the table.
