Looking for recommendations for a good eviction attorney/property lawyer in the area. I’m dealing with a tenant situation and need someone experienced, responsive, and familiar with landlord-tenant law and the eviction process.

If anyone has worked with someone they’d strongly recommend, feel free to comment or message me directly. Thanks in advance.

Been involved in landlording for over 30 years.

This is what I'd do if I needed to find a Landlord-Tenant attorney in another state:

    1) Find the court serving the area the property is in
    2) See if their website allows online access to dockett
    3) Find Landlord-Tenant cases
    4) Scroll dockett, noting the attorneys showing up the most
    5) Google those attorneys to contact & interview them

You could also go to the court and do this in person.
