Recommendation for broker with strong access to DSCR providers in CA

Looking for recommendations for a duly licensed broker who has good access to DSCR refinance providers in California.

I have a well-seasoned single-family (split into 2 units) rental property with ~$1.6 million in equity and ~$5,000 monthly in rents. First mortgage is about $70k and the HELOC is about $220k. I also want to pull out roughly $150-360k in liquidity. My credit is stellar.
