Does anyone have experience, good or bad, with property managers in Memphis, TN? I'm considering buying in the area and wish to line up a PM first. Thanks to any responses

    We've used Mid South Home Rentals very successfully for 14 years , Arlington,Tn.    Bought or avoided many properties based on their recommendations.

    We pull distressed properties from probate, foreclosure, and code violation records in Memphis before they hit the MLS—gives you an edge on sourcing deals while you're vetting PMs. Most investors find it helpful to have deal flow locked in first, then match it to a PM who understands your investment criteria. Happy to share what we're currently tracking in Memphis if that's useful for your analysis.

     I would ask, have you identified a part of town to invest in? or are you still looking?
