Looking for Local Property Scouts in the Sendera Ranch/Haslet Area
I’m building an off-market property intelligence network around Sendera Ranch, Haslet, and North Fort Worth, and I’m looking to connect with a few dependable people who know the area well.
The role is straightforward:
• Drive or walk assigned neighborhoods
• Identify properties showing visible distress or neglect
• Photograph properties from public streets
• Report vacant or underutilized land
• Track construction, land clearing, zoning signs, and infrastructure changes
• Submit observations through a simple online form
This is not a sales or acquisitions role. Property scouts will not contact owners, enter private property, negotiate deals, or represent themselves as real-estate agents.
I’m especially interested in connecting with:
• Local residents
• Newer investors learning the market
• Real-estate photographers
• Contractors and home-service professionals
• Delivery or rideshare drivers
• Retirees familiar with the community
• Licensed agents who encounter opportunities outside their own buy box
Assignments are flexible, and compensation is based on completed research and fieldwork.
I’m also interested in hearing from experienced investors: Have you successfully built a local property-scout network? What made the difference between scouts who consistently produced useful information and those who didn’t?
If you live or work near Sendera Ranch, Haslet, Alliance, or North Fort Worth and would like more information, comment below or send me a private message.
