    I have only seen a $50k minimum and $75k minimum as is value. Not sure if anyone else can go lower then that

    I have options for fix and flip below $50k, single asset from $50k+($75k min property value) and then portfolio products with 2 or more properties with a total loan amount of $75k. Happy to help if you still need it!
