Can anyone direct me to a reputable company so Ic an get a POF to purchase a property so I can do a fix and flip? Thanks

Keep in mind that if you present a POF letter and claim the funds are yours, or are available to you, and they are not...That's fraud. Usually frowned upon by sellers, buyers, and most law enforcement organizations.
