    Depending on what the current owners needs are, have they considered blanketing all 39 properties into 1 loan and pulling out cash to inject into other projects?  I could come in and provide up to 75% of the market value of the properties at 30 years between 5.25-6.25% with a fixed period of 5 or 10 years.  Feel free to PM me or email me directly at [email protected].
