Hi All!

I am looking for a savvy private lender who wants to make a nice passive return backed by real estate. Seeking $125,000 at a reasonable rate to secure a 12 unit townhouse purchase. The retiring landlord is willing to owner finance, but seeking 125k down on this 1.125m purchase. Thanks for any referrals or insight! Please feel free to PM for more info.
