For anyone who wants to buy apartments but can't find deals, this interview is for you. @Juan Maldonadohas closed on 8 multifamily deals that were found by cold calling the owner. The largest being over 100 units.

    @Joe Fairless don't hand up!! Keep the owner on the phone for as long as possible. don't get discouraged, it may take 1000 NO'S but 1 yes is all it takes
