This property consists of 2, 3 family homes on one lot and is located at 20 Bernon St in Providence RI. The property is currently generating $4100 a month in revenue!! Since you have a multiunit (i.e. commercial) property, albeit only 6-units, have you prepared a memorandum of offering or a {rose coloured} pro forma which provides the prospective purchaser with all the revenue and operational expense information?

That was my impression after I pulled it up on Google Street View.
Though on the police department's map of {reported} crimes, it appears to centre of a {relatively} "better" 3-block area in a sea of assaults and thefts.
