Hi BP!

I wanted to see what everyone thought about our new website. The goal is to start out wholesaling and then move on to flips. I know the website is somewhat frilly but I want people to know that we are approachable, genuine, and ethical.

i would run this by the department of RE in Ohio.. there has been a big effort from Ohio to put non licensed wholesalers out of business... Now of course if your actually going to close on the properties then sell your own.. then your fine to do what you want.

having a public website advertising your homes you do not own.. will give you no defense when a realtor files a complaint against you
