What do you think of our new website?

Hi BP!

I wanted to see what everyone thought about our new website. The goal is to start out wholesaling and then move on to flips. I know the website is somewhat frilly but I want people to know that we are approachable, genuine, and ethical. 

What do you guys think? Website

i would run this by the department of RE in Ohio.. there has been a big effort from Ohio to put non licensed wholesalers out of business... Now of course if your actually going to close on the properties then sell your own.. then your fine to do what you want.

having a public website advertising your homes you do not own.. will give you no defense when a realtor files a complaint against you

    Yes, heed @Jay Hinrichs advice - he's not talking about the website, he's talking about WHOLESALING in general.  Ohio RE rules are strict - among the toughest in the nation.  So, I'm not saying wholesaling is "illegal" there, but you can get yourself into hot water if you don't have a super good understanding of the rules and ensure that you are working within them.  There are multiple old topics here in BP where Ohio is discussed in this regard...

    P.S. Your site is "frilly" but pretty good!  Your copy is great.
