Hi everyone -

I am a part-time investor looking for rent ready properties for sale at a price point which makes it an attractive investment.   

Looking for a quality provider in Prince George's & Anne Arundel Cos in Maryland.  

I am located in the DC/Balt Metro area, but am currently investing in DC, Maryland & the Chicagoland area.   

Also evaluating the Memphis, TN market as another market to enter. 

I have nearly 10-years in residential market as a self managing investor. Now looking to accelerate acquisitions.

Check out Little Rock, AR.  Amazing cash flow and Kipplingers named it the # 1 market to live in the United States for markets under $1,000,000.

    David,

    So are you looking for single family homes?  

    We should talk.  Margins are getting tighter out there.  I'm trying to make up for it with quicker turn over.  I'm considering renovating my properties to make them rental ready vs. resale ready and then sell them to landlords upon completion.  Maybe even hold a 10% seller second to make it more attractive and build a new steady income stream.  

    I don't want to hold Maryland rentals myself.
