I am looking for more educational opportunities to learn more about where to locate REI meetings in Massachusetts. If anyone out there can help me find REI homes or assist me with where I can find them, I would be grateful. Also, is there someone that can help me prepare my paper work? And direct me to the right contacts for Private and Hard Money lenders who can help me rehab projects. I want to be a success story and be able to mentor someone in the future.
We are wholesalers in MA, you can check out BostonAREIA, ( which we belong to ) there is also BlackDiamond REI club and Mike Hurney runs massrealestate.net. The REI clubs are the best place I know of to find buyers and lenders. If you become a pro member here on BP you will get access to contracts and tools well worth the cost in my opinion. You can also get contracts etc from the REI clubs as well.
