Need help selling Phoenix Arizona SFR's?

Hi Guys!

My group is very active in the Arizona market, doing anywhere from 6-10 wholesale deals per month. It's impossible to keep our investors happy with properties, so I wanted to reach out and offer help selling your un-sellable deals. We can typically sell a property within 12-hours, and a much higher price than other wholesalers can typically get.
