Looking for a private lender or hard money lender to deal with on a value add project in San Diego- Sunset Cliffs, 2 blocks from the water. Have the project under contract right now. Looking for straight interest or possible joint venture. Funding required will be just under 1.8m, this will include all costs, constructions, fees, commissions, etc. I have seven days to get funded from tomorrow mid afternoon 2/19/16.
