    Hey Pam,

    I'm not a big fan of this particular deal, but please add me to your buyers' list- [email protected].

    I'm looking for rental properties up to 16 doors as well fix and flips. I will use you as my realtor and the purchase and resell on any deal you bring me.

    I also looking for a Private Money Lender for a tear down and re-build walking distance from Smyrna Market Village 5/3 3200 sq ft ARV $540k. Should you initiate an introduction that funds part or all the deal I will let you list the house.
