@Ayodeji Kuponiyi, I wish I could be more helpful to you but I only look at 100 to 400 unit deals.

HM can get you started, but in my opinion your success with taking down larger deals will be a direct correlation in how well you do in raising private money.

If you are struggling with raising PM, find someone who has this skill set, partner up so you can leverage your weakness.
