You keep touting seller financing like it is some super incentive everyone should jump at. Seller financing doesn't mean squat. Lay out some terms if you want someone to take a run at this. How do we know the seller doesn't want 50% down and will carry at 18% for 12 months?

Federico Gutierrez , I don't mind what you're doing but it's not really getting any traction. You really need to be more specific. Show us some number, comps, something. We are fairly savvy here and know the difference between a marketing pitch and a real opportunity. Right now you sound like a marketing pitch and not a real estate investor selling his turnkey property. All the best!
