Looking for Hard Money Lenders for Construction Loans in CA

Hello Everyone!

I am looking for hard money lenders for construction loans.  Currently I have clients interested in doing spec homes, retail centers, condos, commercial projects and other investment properties. I would like to grow my hard money connections, as most of the lenders I have been working with don't do construction.  This year I am really seeing construction take off again.

If you are a hard money lender or are interested in finding out about being a hard money lender please contact me. Please include your lending criteria, LTV, guidelines, etc. VERY APPRECIATED!

    I hear Genesis is doing these... its nice to see them come back into the market.. Most HML won't do ground up of course and I have yet to get one of the crowd funders to entertain it.

    We lend throughout CA, AZ, TX and a few other states. We try to keep the construction loans limited to CA.
