Looking for Cash Buyer in Southeast Virginia

If you're located in the Tidewater Hampton Roads area and want to make some money together please let me know. I'm looking at building my cash buyers list. If I can get your info, I will let you know as soon as I have something. I will only jump on the best deals around here. I'm looking at cash deals myself but some are going to be too high for my range. These are the ones I will hand over to you. Please let me know what you're looking for and I'll keep you in mind.

The cities I look for deals are Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach.

    Thanks for the responses. I'm glad to see my fellow neighbors coming out of the woodwork ;-) For some reason I assumed there weren't many people on BP from around here. I hope to send you all good investments.. that would be nice huh?
