If I can get your info, I will let you know as soon as I have something. I will only jump on the best deals around here. I'm looking at cash deals myself but some are going to be too high for my range. These are the ones I will hand over to you. Please let me know what you're looking for and I'll keep you in mind.

The cities I look for deals are Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach.
