    @Glen Fullerton we are 2nd position lenders on the property. It’s begun the foreclosure process with the 1st. May be able to pull it out of foreclosure with an offer though.

    True, William. It's going to foreclosure auction the 28th from what I understand! Search the address and you may find the public info.
