@Pete M. PM me the details and I'll share it with a GC I know. If hes interested i'll have him reach out to you.
Location, reno scope, budget, timeline, cash or financed. All will be helpful for him. I know hes busy but I think he wants to add a project manager so he needs more work.
Thanks Blake, it's of of Rosewood. I'd take quotes from both if they're available. I'm in town until Friday, but my agent can let them in afterwards if they can't make it by Friday. Appreciate it. I'll pm you my contact.
Similar to @Will Gaston, I have yet to find a good GC, but have also used Easy Electric, Punch List Pros, and Crawl Space Medic. Would not recommend Crawl Space Medic based on my one experience with them, but Easy Electric & Punch List were both great to work with!
@Mohamed Amine Khalladi I agree with Will, that Punch List pros is a good option for small repairs.
We usually use our in house handymen for the small stuff. If you feel like you need more then I could recommend some actual General contractors. Keep in mind that they usually tackle larger jobs. $10k and up.
