Guests have had to have flipped at least 1 house successfully or unsuccessfully and be willing to share their numbers along with before & after photos / video.

Nice. You are probably going to be the perfect type of guest for this show. As for the Before/After the after is looking good. Not exactly sure what I am looking at in the before though. What's going on here?
Also can you shed some light on the numbers of the deal for me. Aqusition, Rehab, Resale etc......

Here is a wider shot that shows the same angle... It was an underground house and I stripped it and created a multi family with one unit up and one unit down. Bought $55K - listed for $249,750 currently. It's not necessarily a success story but we can chat more via private message as opposed to the public forum if you have further interest.

Now that's an interesting story, never seen an underground house before. When you sell it let's have you come on the show to talk about it. Success or not. Would like to talk about the project as well as your numbers, challenges and things like that. I imagine most investors have never seen someone tackle something like this.

@James Wise sure! We’ve done 4 rehabs this year. 2 flips and 2 BRRRRs. My partner @Joshua Hively is also active in rehab here in Columbus.

Yesterday we finished recording an episode of The House Flipping Show with @Harvey Yergin IV which should air sometime before the end of 2019. Very informative show folks, Harvey and his wife hit the ground running in Columbus, Ohio and avoided a lot of rookie mistakes when they got started. He shares tips on how you can do that.
