Property management that allow Airbnb in Houston
I started my STR business on Airbnb November 2019 in a 1bed /1bath in downtown Houston. By the time june 2020 came I made 20k but was told I had to stop renting my unit because the property management company switched to greystar. I have a experience on Airbnb as a superhost and I'm looking for any property management that allows STR.

This has been asked, and I don't think you'll find any specific examples given. Just a lot of 'why you shouldn't' do it -- followed by a bunch of 'why you should' do it.
I'll send you a PM about our policy re STR as we have 2 people that lease about 50 units from us total. One of them gave up a bunch of the downtown since he wasn't able to weather the Covid storm.
