Does anyone have any recommendations on partners, investors or syndications they have used in Chicago; specifically the south side around Park Manor/Grand Crossing?

Hello @Jonathan Klemm I currently own a 26 unit apartment building in Park Manor/Grand Crossing area. I have never done a syndication so not sure what that would look like, but I would like to get into the syndication scene ultimately or at least someday. I am kind of looking for someone that knows the ins and outs; especially on construction and unit turn side of things to partner with that would like to invest along side me and get this building up to stable rent and either get cashed out or roll into another investment and so on.

Hey @Mathew Davis - I am not 100% clear on what you are looking for. Do you have cash you are looking to invest into a southside Chicago syndication (aka looking for an operator to invest with) or are you looking to partner to create your own syndication?

It's not as easy as looking it up online and applying. These guys want to know you're serious and get to actually know you. It's not the ole boys club by any means but this is business, and most of us do business with people we feel know what's up. It's not a roth IRA or Ethereum stock buy. Get to know these guys
