My Rental House was registered as Fraternity without my knowledge or permission.

My student rental property was registered as a fraternity without my knowledge or permission, which I would have never given. My lease clearly has nuisance clauses. What remedies do I have against the fraternity? Isn't the fraternity supposed to be the leaseholder if they are going to register a private property as a Fraternity or Sorority? Does anyone know of legal authority for this issue?

Thanks
