    Give them at least two days notice. Keep it short and professional. There's no need to apologize, ask permission, or make financial concessions. You have a right to maintain your property and the tenant must give you access. Try to be accommodating to their schedule, try not to make a mess, try to respect their right to quiet enjoyment.

    What type of construction are you doing? Is it a single family home or multi?

    We typically outline specifically what we are doing, when it will occur. We always make sure we give them a time frame that leaves some room for error

    Also if we are entering the unit we tell them to not leave any personal any valuables in the open.
