What interior paint colors are you using for your rentals in 2025?

Up until a few years ago I kept it simple and used "Agreeable Grey" (a warm "greige") for just about everything, but now grey is considered over-used and dated. I've got a few vacancies to paint and will probably go with an off-white like Ben Moore's Chantilly Lace for walls. Might do a few accent walls or maybe the kitchens with Terracotta/ Rust. What colors are you shifting to now that greige is out?

Sherwin Williams Dover white entire thing including baseboards and ceilings.

Sherwin Williams Shoji White for all walls and ceilings and inconsequential trim. Satin bright white for trim. Years ago we made the mistake of customizing the paint for each home. Managing it was a nightmare. Bern using Shoji White for perhaps 7 years now on all houses.

Same - seeing white/off white for walls and darker colors for cabinets is definitely in.

Using light beige again and off-whites, but using color on cabinets instead. Grey is gone, i'm being told.
