One of My contractors is starting a company that simply offers the LAIC service for Cleveland Landlords. He's been reliable and worked with me for years. I'd love to see him succeed.  Please comment your thoughts on some of these items. If you have any thoughts, I'd love to hear them  

What price point would make you comfortable for an LAIC? 

Would you prefer a one time sign up fee or a subscription? 

When you look for your LAIC, do you expect any other services? 

He agrees that the LAIC is a ridiculous requirement, but he's the kind of guy who wants to help.
