Renting Home to a Business (Inc)

Hi there, looking for guidance on renting our rental house to a business instead of a normal tenant. The business wants to house their employees. Can I use a "standard" lease agreement and just put the business name ? How do you do a background type check ? Anything like renters insurance they should carry? Any resources, lessons learned,  or advice would be so helpful .
