This is a shout out to local investors in Clearwater, FL area or Tampa Bay area.

Who knows a good handyman and property manager in the Clearwater area? 

I'm on the Board of Directors of the association our condo is part of.  There are a couple units our association owns and rents - we are looking for a good and reasonable handy man to take care of repairs and property manager to manage the units.  

Looking for good references.  All help is greatly appreciated in advance!
