Rent due on 1st no later than 3rd. What about weekends?
Hi, If you have payment of rent on the 1st of each month with a grace period of 3 days how do you handle weekends? That is if the 3rd day is on a Saturday or Sunday, do you give them until close business day on Monday? Thank you.

@Howard Greisman in Florida, we can't count day you post notice, Holidays or weekends. In addition, if we mail the statement, you must allow 8 days if the property is not located in the county of your personal home or pm business.
So important to know your landlord tenant laws in your area. If you don't, it could really mess up you up if you need to evict!!
