Hello! I'm looking at buying a property in Fresno, Texas. I'm in contract and currently doing a property inspection + getting quotes for Repairs. Would anyone know:
1) In this area, what are the most accurate sites to determine how much monthly rent I can get from the property?
Hi Agree with Antoine above. I have 2 places in Houston, but one gets about $200 more than the other, just based on the neighborhood and areas where they are located .
The only way to get accurate comps is to have your agent pull them off MLS. Zillow and the other sites are not accurate because they don't have access to actual "sold" data.
If you don't have an agent, I'll run the comps for you as a courtesy to a fellow BP member. Just shoot me the address in a PM.
